I am not satisfied with the product. How can I return it?
We provide only high quality goods and we check them personally. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you would like an exchange for different size, the following returns policy applies:
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase to the following address:
Please notify us via email that you are sending the merchandise back.
- Returns must be in the original condition / condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
- If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
- Gift wrapping charges and shipping charges associated with an order will not be refunded.
- Shipping of returned items is at your expense, unless you request size change for baby shoes or pregnancy dress. In this case, we provide free return shipment and we will send you new size for free. Return of the pregnancy dress is free of charge, we will reimburse your payment within 10 days.
The product arrived damaged, how do I get refund?
- If the purchased merchandise is defective it should be returned within 10 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping a replacement will be the responsibility of mamastore.
- If your product has a manufacturing defect, mamastore is happy to replace it for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to specify the issue and organize a replacement. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
