How long does it take for my order to ship?
Provided that the good is in stock, we ship out orders the following working day after the order is placed and payment is received (we have products on stock unless you see a note “on demand”). If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the following working day.
If your order is urgent – please leave us comment in the order comments.
Delivery takes 3-4 working days in Switzerland. For abroad, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
In case the good is “on demand”, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know the estimated delivery time.
How much does the delivery cost?
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery costs 6 CHF for all orders up to 80 CHF. Above 80 CHF, we offer you free shipment. 🙂 For nursing covers and 2in1 nursing tops, shipment is free of charge.
For Europe *, it costs 11 CHF for all orders up to 200 EUR. Above 200 EUR, we offer you free shipment. 🙂
For international delivery outside the above, the delivery cost is 18 EUR/20 CHF.

Can the shipping address be different to the credit card billing address?
Yes. Simply follow the instructions on the website during the CHECKOUT process to be given this option. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one item in your order, and need these items to be shipped to different addresses, then multiple orders will need to be processed. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
