Shipping policy

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Provided that the good is in stock, we ship out orders the following working day after the order is placed and payment is received (we have products on stock unless you see a note “on demand”). If your order is placed over a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the following working day.

If your order is urgent  – please leave us comment in the order comments.

Delivery takes 3-4 working days in Switzerland. For abroad, please contact our customer service at info@mamastore.ch.

In case the good is “on demand”, please contact us at info@mamastore.ch and we will let you know the estimated delivery time.

How much does the delivery cost?

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipment is free of charge for order above 50 CHF. For orders below 50 CHF, we charge 5CHF.

For international delivery outside CH and LI, the delivery cost is  20EUR/20 CHF.

Please note, that we are not able to send packages heavier than 2kg outside to Switzerland (valid especially for babynests). Thank you for your understanding.

Can the shipping address be different to the credit card billing address?

Yes. Simply follow the instructions on the website during the CHECKOUT process to be given this option. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you have more than one item in your order, and need these items to be shipped to different addresses, then multiple orders will need to be processed. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
